$80.82hr•$84.82hr Responsible for leading complex, cross-functional programs in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities, evolving requirements, and organizational transformation initiatives. The role involves partnering with executive leadership, refining program strategies, driving stakeholder collaboration, managing risks, and scaling best practices across the organization to ensure successful program delivery and operational excellence.Requirement/Must Have:
Strong leadership experience managing complex, cross-functional programs. Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills. Expertise in program planning, scheduling, and performance tracking. Ability to identify and manage risks proactively. Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Strong attention to detail in execution and documentation. Ability to communicate complex information clearly to broad audiences. Strong governance and risk management awareness. Comfortable working with data-driven decision-making processes.Experience:
12+ years of program management experience. Proven leadership experience driving complex, data-led transformation programs and initiatives. Experience embedding long-term operational practices and organizational improvements. Experience partnering with executive leadership and cross-functional teams. Experience collaborating with data and engineering teams.Responsibilities:
Lead complex, cross-functional programs while managing multiple priorities and changing requirements. Partner with executive leadership to establish alignment and communicate program progress and outcomes. Own and continuously refine the central program plan as priorities and requirements evolve. Define and implement program plans, schedules, and performance metrics. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization. Identify, manage, and mitigate program risks while maintaining accountability for delivery timelines. Communicate program goals and updates effectively to stakeholders with varying levels of involvement. Develop program materials for leaders, stakeholders, and project teams. Scale best practices across the organization to improve delivery efficiency. Continuously improve program management processes and organizational maturity.Should Have:
Experience supporting organizational transformation initiatives. Experience working in data-driven environments.Skills:
