Job Description

As a Sr. Program Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in developing, leading and overseeing the successful execution of offset and industrial participation programs. You will be responsible for managing and delivering complex programs that ensure compliance with industrial participation requirements while aligning with Honeywell's strategic objectives. Your strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and ability to drive results will be essential in contributing to the success of Honeywell's offset and industrial participation initiatives. You will report directly to our Director, Offset & Industrial Participation, and you'll work out of our Tempe, Arizona location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the successful execution and enhancement of offset and industrial participation programs specifically identified in Canada, S. Korea, and the UAE, as well as developing growth opportunities in a business development role to not only to support compliance with contractual obligations but also to foster strong relationships with government and industry partners. Your leadership will drive operational excellence, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement in program delivery. + Lead and oversee the execution of offset and industrial participation programs to ensure successful delivery and compliance, specifically in Canada, S. Korea and/or UAE. + Manage program scope, schedule, and budget while aligning with strategic business objectives. + Identify and mitigate program risks and issues related to offset and industrial participation requirements. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams, government agencies, and industry partners to ensure program success. + Provide leadership and guidance to program teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. + Monitor and report program performance metrics and compliance status to stakeholders. + Develop new opportunities to support the growth initiatives that can be provided by offset / industrial participation. •
YOU MUST HAVE
•+ Minimum of 8 years of experience in program management and/or business development or related roles, with exposure to offset or industrial participation programs. + Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to deliver complex programs on time and within budget. + Excellent understanding of program management principles, methodologies, and compliance requirements related to offset and industrial participation. + Experience collaborating with government agencies, industry partners, and cross-functional teams. + Proficiency in program management tools and risk management techniques. + Knowledge of international and US government regulations and compliance standards related to offset and industrial participation. + Ability to develop offset projects that support international country goals as well as coordinating growth initiatives in a complex matrix environment. •
