About TriZen, LLC TriZen is a Strategic Consulting and Leadership Development Company headquartered in the Greater Philadelphia Area. We specialize in strategic consulting, workforce transformation, and high-impact leadership development programs designed to enhance organizational agility and drive performance. Position Overview TriZen, LLC is seeking a passionate and organized Youth Programs Coordinator to support youth development programs focused on career exploration, leadership development, and college readiness. The position will be responsible for creating and facilitating engaging sessions for students, assist with managing youth program logistics, and building positive relationships with school partners and community organizations. Key Responsibilities Facilitate interactive youth program sessions in schools and virtually Support career exploration, leadership development, and college readiness activities Coordinate program logistics, materials, and scheduling Track student participation and maintain program data Build relationships with students, educators, and community partners Qualifications Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Education, Liberal Arts, Psychology, Social Work, or related field. Minimum 2 years experience working with youth or facilitating youth programs Excellent communication, organization, and engagement skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms Preferred Qualifications Ability and ease building relationships with students, educators, and community partners Comfort working with diverse and multi-ethnic populations Demonstrated facilitation and student engagement skills Strong time management skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities Special Requirements Candidates must be able to successfully pass the following background checks:
Pennsylvania Criminal History Child Abuse Clearance FBI Fingerprint Clearance Additional Requirements:
Ability to travel between multiple school locations Ability to work both in-person and virtually Occasional evening or weekend programming may be required Compensation TriZen offers a competitive salary and benefit program aligned with current market rates for Learning & Development professionals in the Greater Philadelphia region. Salary is $55,000 (negotiable based on level of experience) In addition to salary, TriZen provides a comprehensive benefits package, including company-paid health, dental, and vision insurance; a 3% 401(k) match; paid holidays and PTO; and a flexible work environment that supports both in‑person and remote collaboration.Job Type:
