Prospective program manager will be involved in planning, developing, implementing and evaluating program goals, policies, and procedures. This will be accomplished through consultation with senior management and by directing/Supervising Direct Support Professionals (DSP) responsible for executing activities essential to day-to-day program operations. Program managers will ensure that the programs are operating according to agency expectations by working closely with the Program Coordinator to ensure overall effective and efficient program operations.
