We are seeking a knowledgeable and driven professional to plan, coordinate, and conduct orientation, education, and ongoing training programs for nursing staff to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and promote high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement training programs to enhance nursing staff skills and knowledge, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards Design and deliver orientation programs for new staff members, incorporating introductions to our facilities, policies, and procedures Conduct ongoing training sessions and workshops to address specific topics, such as medication administration, wound care, and infection control Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for program improvements Collaborate with other departments to ensure coordination and consistency in training and education Participate in an on-call rotation schedule to ensure 24/7 coverage About the
