Job Description
- Perform all duties associated with running the gym, including opening/closing procedures, POS interactions and basic instruction. Quality Coaching
- Hire, train, and maintain a team of Youth Program and Summer Program staff with a focus on continuous growth and learning. Cultivate Quality Programming
- Manage the unique program schedule for your location. Identify areas for growth or improvement within program schedule, and build or update classes as necessary. Constant Collaboration
- Regularly meet with other Managers, Marketing Specialists, and Directors to develop policies and programs that benefit all Rock Spot locations. Administrative Excellence
- Use multiple administrative tools to help create weekly staff schedules, coordinate program schedules, and maintain contact with repeat customers.
