What You Will Do Responsible to coordinate supports for individuals served across multiple programs, ensuring good quality of life. Responsible to ensure living arrangements meet agency and regulatory requirements. Ensuring that agency policies and procedures are implemented correctly. You will : Participate in agency activities, serve on committees, and communicate the agency values and principles to others. Coordinate and monitor effective clinical supports and develop effective multidisciplinary teams. Providing training and mentoring to new and existing employees. Write reports and updates on programming. Keep family contact.
Competencies needed:
Program planning and monitoring Support Networks for those served Community Relations Health and Safety Vocational Support Communication, Teamwork and Collaboration. Associate's degree or certificate in a human resource field or equivalent experience. 3-5 years of Direct Support Experience in community human services. Valid Driver's License, favorable driving record and auto insurance. Supervisory Experience. Leadership Skills.
