4H Agent is a member of the Extension staff of Clemson University. The agent is responsible for working cooperatively with other county and state staff to plan, implement, maintain and evaluate Extension education programs for adult and/or youth clientele within designated coverage area. Other duties as assigned.JOB DUTIES

Work on increasing base knowledge in subject matter related to program team content area. Obtain supervisory approval prior to registration and participation. UK45: Self-Improvement

Utilize base knowledge gained and incorporate into daily programing related to program team subject matter areas. Obtain supervisory approval prior to registration and participation.10%

- Collaborate across Program Teams to develop, deliver, and evaluate educational programming outside the Agent's primary Program Area using direct and indirect methods.

Expected Salary Range $39,765.00- $53,684.
ESSENTIAL PERSONNEL LEVEL
Essential Support- In the event of an emergency closure or modified operations, this position is necessary to maintain/resume essential support functions, deliver direct care services, and/or provide recovery support before normal operations resume.
