Program Manager

Description:

Position reports to the Senior PMO Manager. Primary duties may include but not limited to: Provides high-level program management to the organization Program and resource management Scheduling and coordination of projects Allocation and assignment of qualified resources Ensure all programs, initiatives, and processes are in conformance with organization's established policies and objectives Provide job opportunity evaluation and bid strategy input as well as technical input for proposal preparation Aiding in the negotiation of contracts and contractual changes and coordinating preparations of proposals, plans, specifications, and financial conditions of contracts Principal point of contact with client for all program issues Responsible for effective management of funds, personnel, and contract deliverables Customer management and interface

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline Minimum of 8 years related technical experience 4 years management experience
