Full Circle Coordinator Position Type:

Part-time Pay Range starts at $17 per hour (or more depending on experience)

Shifts:

25 hours per week | Varied schedule (Must be available Friday afternoons/early evenings for our swim program!) Hey there! As a Full Circle Coordinator, you'll lead and develop impactful programs, ensuring participants have a safe, engaging, and fun environment.

What You'll Do:

Plan and lead activities that enrich participants in Spirit, Mind, and Body Ensure a safe and supportive space for all program members Supervise staff, volunteers, and program operations Build strong relationships with participants, families, and the community Assist with administrative duties and program development

What You Bring:

Minimum Age:

18 A four-year degree OR a combination of life/work experience and education Strong organizational and leadership skills A passion for inclusion and helping others thrive Proficiency in Microsoft Office Certifications You'll Need (We'll Help!): New Hire Orientation (before first shift) CPR Pro/AED & First Aid (within 30 days) Relias training (within first two weeks) Ready to make a difference?
