Job Description

Description Overview The Performance Lab Specialist is responsible for the strategic design, execution, and management of company-wide incentive, recognition, and rewards programs. This role is critical for driving measurable sales performance, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring all programs align with overall business objectives and financial accountability. This role is based out of HQ and has a travel percentage of 15-20%. Key Responsibilities:
Design and manage sales incentive programs and contests (daily, short-term, and annual) including administration through the SalesRabbit platform. Plan, procure, and distribute contest rewards (cash, merchandise, electronics) while maintaining budget compliance. Lead sales recognition initiatives for milestones, anniversaries, and elite clubs (e.g., 101K, Whale Club, Mammoth Elite) and communicate achievements across internal platforms. Administer reward systems and coordinate the timely distribution of gear, raffle prizes, and incentive awards. Coordinate logistics for incentive travel and events, including flights, accommodations, activities, dining, and detailed itineraries. Manage program budgets and track ROI tied to sales performance outcomes. Collaborate with Sales leadership, HR, Retail, and Production teams to ensure programs align with organizational goals. Requirements Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 1-2+ years of experience in sales incentives, recognition programs, sales operations, or event/program management. Proven ability to design and execute sales contests, incentive programs, and performance-based rewards. Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Experience coordinating events or incentive travel, including vendor and logistics management. Budget management experience with the ability to track costs and measure ROI. Proficiency with CRM or incentive platforms (e.g., SalesRabbit) and internal communication or design tools.
