Job Description

Overview Join our dedicated team as a Corrections Programs Coordinator, where you will play a vital role in developing, managing, and overseeing educational and rehabilitative programs within correctional facilities. This dynamic position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by fostering positive change through structured learning initiatives. You will coordinate efforts across various departments, and ensure program delivery aligns with institutional goals and standards. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and evaluate educational and rehabilitative programs tailored to the needs of incarcerated individuals. Coordinate with facility staff, educators, and external partners to ensure seamless program delivery. Supervise program staff and volunteers, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to foster a motivated team. Manage administrative tasks using educational administrative software and productivity tools to track program progress and compliance. Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and logistics to maximize program effectiveness within correctional environments. Ensure all programs meet regulatory standards and adhere to safety protocols while promoting a positive learning atmosphere. Maintain detailed records of participant progress, attendance, and outcomes to support continuous improvement efforts. Minimum Qualifications Working knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint Data entry experience Public Speaking experience Willingness and eagerness to obtain credentials and certifications Willing to travel and network with other agencies / organizations Passionate about empowering justice-impacted individuals and dedicated to support successful rehabilitation and reentry Embark on a rewarding career that combines leadership with service—helping individuals transform their lives through innovative educational programs while advancing your professional growth in a vibrant environment committed to excellence!
Pay:
$19.08 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
