Be the First to Apply Job Description Job Summary The Gambling Clinic Program Support position supports the planning, coordination, and implementation of clinical research and community-based projects within The Gambling Clinic (TGC). TGC is the treatment-focused arm of the Tennessee Institute of Gambling Education and Research (TIGER) a grant-funded team located at the University of Memphis and East Tennessee State University and a national leading research institute for the assessment and treatment of gambling disorders. This position provides administrative, data, and project management support across multiple clinical sites. Responsibilities include coordinating project timelines, managing clinical databases, supporting pre- and post-award activities, ensuring compliance with university, grant, and regulatory requirements, and facilitating communication among students, leadership, and external partners. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong written and interpersonal communication skills. Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality. Required Qualifications High school diploma and five years of relevant experience OR A combination of education and work experience Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree Physical Demands (as needed) Sitting for extended periods (e.g., at a computer or workstation) Carrying files, equipment, or supplies short distances Frequent typing or keyboard use Visual acuity to read printed and electronic materials Hearing to distinguish sounds (e.g., phone calls, alarms) Repetitive wrist or arm movements Compensation & Benefits Job Family - Administrative Program Support 2 Market Range - 5 ( Salary Schedules ) For information on benefits please visit www.etsu.edu/human-resources/benefits/ .
