Director of Operations Position Summary:

The PM provides leadership to Memphis Outpatient Detox. He/She is responsible for developing a strategic plan to advance the company's mission, vision and core values. The PM oversees company operations to insure efficiency, quality client care, service and cost-effective management of resources. The PM also has the responsibility of being the Health and Safety Officer for Memphis Outpatient Detox. Essential Functions

• Complete admission consents and financial agreements with new admissions.
• Oversee the admission process from start to finish.
• Provide leadership in the development of the organization's mission, vision and core values.
• Participate in planning, developing and implementing the company's policies and goals.
• Participate in selecting key personnel for the business.
• Assists in analyzing department budget requests, to identify areas in which cost savings can be achieved.
• Directly involved in Memphis Outpatient Detox's overall business development.
• Directs changes in operating policy, procedures, programs and new directions.
• Ensures that all staff are professionally managed, mentored and developed as part of performance management practice.
• Making sure the facility's Health and Safety protocols are upheld at all times by all employees. Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3-4 years leadership/management experience.
• Proficiency in Excel to perform efficient analyses.
• MS Windows and Office computer skills. Skills/Competencies

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to adapt vision and proven flexibility.
• Ability to be result driven and detail oriented, while multitasking.
• Knowledge and understanding of core areas of the business, including; finance, operations, business development and human resources.
• Ability to act as spokesperson for Memphis Outpatient Detox to other relevant organizations. Additional Requirements
• Must submit to and pass a criminal background screening, with no history of violent offenses.
• Must submit to a pre-employment drug screen as well as random drug screening (at least 1x annually) during employment.
