work efficiently under pressure or in changing environments Summary The Analytics Consultant is responsible for delivering accurate, insightful, and meaningful reporting for all Lucent Health clients through the organization's analytics platform (Cedar Gate). This role owns and ensures the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data across the Cedar Gate tool and throughout the Lucent Health Book of Business. The Analytics Consultant also provides direct support and collaboration with Client Services team to ensure all client reporting needs are met with precision and excellence.Responsibilities:
Own and oversee all client-facing reporting within the Cedar Gate platform, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability across the entire Lucent Health book of business. Coordinate and collaborate with Cedar Gate and other external vendors to ensure all reporting requirements are effectively met. Maintain data integrity and accuracy across Lucent Health's analytics platforms byleveragingtools such as SQL, Power BI, and Cedar Gate to deliver consistent, high-quality reporting. Partner closely with the Client Services team to ensure client reporting needs are met ina timelyand effective manner. Provide consultative support to clients and Client Servicesregardingthe reporting platform, including interpreting data to inform and support strategic decision-making. Deliver training and educational support to the Client Services team to enhanceproficiencyand confidence inutilizingclient-facing reporting tools and insights. Serve as the primary point of contact for the Client Services team, ensuring accountability and performance aligned with Lucent Health's operational and reporting standards. Support Client Services and the Chief Client Service Leader withadditionalreporting requirements as needed. Perform other duties and specialprojects asassigned by leadership.Qualifications:
