As the IL Program Manager you would be responsible for managing and supervising all Independent Living houses and activities in the independent living program. The Independent Living Director will ensure that quality programming is provided to those served, that the programs grow or maintain annually and that they are operated in a fiscally sound manner. What you bring to this role:

  • Ability to be a team member and thought leader.
  • Bachelor's degree is required. Degree in Social Services, or closely related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of five years' experience working with youth in foster care, adoption, or related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to make consistent, objective decisions with limited information in a timely manner.
  • Ability to demonstrate strong organization and interpersonal skills, and have the ability to lead, motivate and inspire a team to collaborate and cooperate to achieve results
  • Proof of Automobile Insurance and Reliable Transportation.
  • Valid driver's license.
