Program and Operations support staff ensure smooth delivery of projects and programs, both internally and externally; while adhering to program, practice, and operations guidelines. This role will be supporting Nashville residential program(s) to ensure the execution of normal program functions, including qualifying customers for program participation, responding to inquiries from customers, program partners, and trade allies, producing monthly and ad-hoc reports, and other duties as assigned.
