Residential Coordinator Intern Unlimited Potential - 3.9 College Station, TX Job Details Part-time $1,000 a month 1 day ago Qualifications Customer communication Teamwork Education Attention to detail Conflict management Community relationship building Property management Full Job Description Residential Coordinator Intern Position Summary The Residential Coordinator oversees daily operations within Unlimited Potential's transitional housing. This role ensures a safe, supportive, and well-managed living environment by coordinating services, supporting residents, and maintaining compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Resident Support & Community Engagement Serve as a point of contact for residents, addressing concerns, conflicts, and daily needs. Foster a positive and inclusive living environment through community-building activities. Provide guidance, referrals, or crisis intervention as needed. Support resident onboarding, orientations, and move-in/move-out procedures. Facility & Operations Management Ensure the facility is clean, safe, and functioning properly; report or coordinate maintenance requests. Conduct regular inspections of rooms, common areas, and equipment. Enforce safety protocols and community living policies. Administrative Duties Maintain accurate records of incidents, work orders, occupancy, and resident information. Prepare reports for Executive Director and ensure compliance with organizational and state regulations. Assist with budgeting, supply inventory, and resource allocation. Programming & Events Assist Program manager with planning and implementing educational, recreational, or wellness programs for residents. Qualifications Preferred bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, education, hospitality, or a related field (2 years relevant experience equals one year of education) Experience in resident life, property management, social services, or student affairs preferred. Strong interpersonal, conflict-resolution, and communication skills. Must be able to work overnight, weekends, and on-call shifts when required. Basic knowledge of safety procedures, crisis management, and administrative documentation.
