$24.00 to $40.00 per hour (commensurate with experience) About EATBETA International Foundation EATBETA International Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to alleviating rural unemployment, food insecurity, and water shortages in Uganda. Through agricultural training, business empowerment, and community outreach programs, EATBETA has reached over 5,000 people in rural Ugandan communities. We mobilize volunteers, partner with community leaders, and deliver hands-on programs that create sustainable livelihoods. As we celebrate 10 years of impact, we are growing our team and looking for a passionate coordinator to help advance our mission. Position Summary The Community Service Program Coordinator will plan, manage, and evaluate EATBETA's community service programs and outreach initiatives. This is an on-site role based in Euless, TX, requiring close collaboration with leadership, volunteers, and international partners to ensure programs are delivered effectively and on schedule. Key Responsibilities Coordinate day-to-day operations of community service programs, including volunteer recruitment, scheduling, and training. Serve as the primary point of contact for program participants, community partners, and volunteers. Develop and maintain program calendars, activity reports, and performance tracking documentation. Assist in planning and executing annual mission trips and outreach events, including the Summer 2026 Uganda program. Build and maintain relationships with faith leaders, community organizations, and program beneficiaries. Support fundraising campaigns and donor communications in coordination with the leadership team. Prepare grant reports, program updates, and impact summaries for internal and external audiences. Monitor program outcomes against organizational goals and recommend improvements where needed. Maintain accurate records of volunteer hours, program participation, and community engagement activities. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in social work, nonprofit management, community development, public administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in program coordination, community outreach, or nonprofit program management. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data tracking tools. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a small team environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with international development organizations or faith-based nonprofits. Familiarity with agricultural development, water access programs, or rural community empowerment initiatives. Experience coordinating volunteers or managing mission trips.
