2nd Shift Monday - Friday, 2:00pm to 10:30pm

Salary:

$29.54 plus a 15% shift differential Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and experienced Manufacturing Team Lead to oversee daily production operations and support a high-performing team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who promotes safety, quality, and efficiency while effectively communicating with a bilingual workforce. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise day-to-day operations of the production team Ensure production goals, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met Train, coach, and develop team members to improve performance and skillsets Monitor workflow, identify issues, and implement process improvements Maintain accurate production records and ensure compliance with company policies Partner with cross-functional teams including Quality, Maintenance, and Operations Promote a positive, safety-focused work environment Requirements Qualifications & Requirements Prior experience in a manufacturing or production leadership role (Team Lead, Lead Operator, or Supervisor) Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Bilingual in Spanish and English (required) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Knowledge of lean manufacturing, safety standards, or quality processes is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off (PTO) and Holidays Career growth and advancement opportunities Employee training and development programs
