This role will live on site, coordinating our summer resident camp program, and manage one full-time staff members. This position is responsible for all program deliverables at camp for summer residence camp and weekends and conferences.

Comprehensive Program Development:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive plan for the Camp Grady Spruce Summer Resident Camp program.

Operational Oversight:

• Oversee all aspects of the summer camp operation, ensuring excellence in staffing, programming, health and safety, and the marketing/business aspects of the program.

• Create and monitor Summer Resident Camp budget.

Operational Support:

• Assist in other camp operations as needed to ensure the overall success of the camp. Additional support could include assisting other directors train staff to run different activities, helping Outdoor Education with groups, weekend support for retreat groups, and general support across camp to make sure camp is prepared for guests year-round as needed.

Volunteer Support:

• Provide support to volunteers during the Annual Campaign and other campaign-related needs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred. Three to five years of Summer Residence Camp experience preferred. Five years of experience in supervisory and administrative skills. Two plus years of leading staff training is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
