Description:
You will be the NKAD C‑UAS Program Manager for the Non‑Kinetic Air Defense (NKAD) and Counter‑Swarm team. In this role you will join a growing team responsible for design, prototype, test and rapid fielding of solutions within highly accelerated timelines for all services. What You Will Be Doing As the NKAD C‑UAS Program Manager you will be responsible for leading the end‑to‑end delivery of core products from inception through completion. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Design, prototype, test, and rapid fielding of non‑kinetic air‑defense solutions. Serve as the single accountable individual for product development lifecycle. Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance in partnership with IPT leads and functional support. Participate in contract negotiations and proposal preparations. Drive business and capture activities to support program growth. - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
1) Demonstrated ability to lead a team to complete highly technical projects on very short timelines 2) Demonstrated ability to manage cost, schedule and manpower needs 3) Demonstrated ability to use Excel (or equiv) to merge datasets from multiple tools to produce actionable insights 4) U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain DoD Secret level clearance
Desired Skills:
1) (Highly Desired) Demonstrated ability as a player & coach in highly dynamic, fast-paced technical environments 2) Knowledge of agile practices and their practical application in hardware- and software-based solutions 3) Hands on rapid prototyping (or equivalent) experience in hardware- or software-based efforts. This includes active or recent personal experiences such as rebuilding cars, flying modified UAVs, or developing software in any part of the stack 4) Hands-on experience with data manipulation, including macros (e.g. VBA), scripting (e.g. python), big data tools (e.g. Tableau), and/or RAG-based AI 5) Degree in engineering

The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
