Homeowner Services Coordinator Location Houston, TX 77029 Date Posted March 16, 2026 Job ID 14313 Employment Type Contract To Hire Pay rate $22/hour Scion Nonprofit Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Housing Case Manager for a mission-driven nonprofit organization focused on expanding access to affordable housing and supporting individuals and families on their path to homeownership. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity located in Houston, Texas.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Housing Case Manager supports prospective homebuyers through the housing application and intake process while ensuring a positive and informative experience. This role manages applicant records, communicates with program participants, and helps guide individuals through program requirements and documentation. The position works closely with internal teams to ensure applicants progress through the housing program pipeline efficiently and accurately.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage applicant intake and support individuals through the housing program application process Maintain accurate applicant records and track progress within a database system such as Salesforce Respond to participant inquiries via phone, email, and in-person communication while providing clear program guidance Organize and maintain both digital and physical files while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with documentation policies Support community outreach efforts, information sessions, and program-related events Collaborate with internal team members on program initiatives and additional departmental projects
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in case management, client services, housing programs, or community support environments Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain processes clearly to applicants Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail when managing documentation and program records Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort using database or CRM systems such as Salesforce Bilingual Spanish skills or experience working with diverse communities is a plus
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
