Human Capital Management Transformation
- Lead transformation and managed services engagements covering:
o Time & Attendance
o Payroll
o Technical Integration
o Leave & Absence Management
o Compliance Management
o Workforce and Sales Compensation Management
o Learning Management
o Workforce Productivity Optimization - Drive business process harmonization and organizational change adoption.
Delivery Management - Manage global onsite-offshore delivery teams.
- Coordinate functional, technical, integration, testing, data migration, and change management workstreams.
- Monitor project financials and resource utilization.
- Ensure quality assurance and adherence to delivery standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
Program Leadership - Lead end-to-end HCM Management programs from strategy through deployment and stabilization.
- Own program scope, budget, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
- Establish and manage program governance structures, steering committees, and executive reviews.
- Drive alignment between business, HR, operations, payroll, finance, IT, and vendor teams.
Client Relationship Management - Serve as primary point of contact for customer leadership.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with client executives.
- Manage escalations and lead resolution of critical delivery challenges.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and advocacy.

Salary Range:
