Job Description

Own end-to-end program delivery across multiple teams, workstreams, and dependencies.
Build and maintain integrated delivery plans, critical paths, and milestone tracking.
Align PMs, architects, engineering teams, and delivery leaders to drive coordinated execution.
Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, scope changes, and delivery gaps.
Provide executive-level updates and recommendations to VPs and senior leadership.

8+ years of Program Management experience leading large, complex technology programs.
Technical background in software development with strong knowledge of SDLC, databases, and system architecture concepts.
Ability to understand architecture diagrams and effectively communicate with architects and engineering teams.
Healthcare industry experience required, including Medicaid, CMS, payer, or healthcare technology environments.
Proven experience influencing senior stakeholders, managing change requests, solving delivery gaps, and driving cross-functional alignment.
