Job Description
- Own end-to-end program delivery across multiple teams, workstreams, and dependencies.
- Build and maintain integrated delivery plans, critical paths, and milestone tracking.
- Align PMs, architects, engineering teams, and delivery leaders to drive coordinated execution.
- Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, scope changes, and delivery gaps.
- Provide executive-level updates and recommendations to VPs and senior leadership.

- Technical background in software development with strong knowledge of SDLC, databases, and system architecture concepts.
- Ability to understand architecture diagrams and effectively communicate with architects and engineering teams.
- Healthcare industry experience required, including Medicaid, CMS, payer, or healthcare technology environments.
- Proven experience influencing senior stakeholders, managing change requests, solving delivery gaps, and driving cross-functional alignment.
