W2 Contract, 12+ months (potential extension) Introduction The Planet Group is partnering with a large, high-profile enterprise client to identify a Senior Program Manager to lead execution of a strategic, enterprise-wide commercial platform transformation. This is a highly visible role taking ownership of an active, multi-workstream program connecting analytics, ERP, CRM, and content management systems across the business. The ideal candidate is a polished, executive-ready program leader who can drive delivery, manage complex dependencies, and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Lead execution of a large-scale enterprise program spanning multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring alignment to timelines and business outcomes Monitor program health, proactively identifying and resolving risks, issues, and delivery blockers Partner with Product, Technology, Data, Commercial Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to coordinate cross-functional delivery Prepare and deliver executive-level status reporting, dashboards, and governance/steering committee updates Manage complex interdependencies, risk mitigation plans, and organizational change adoption tied to platform rollout Track progress against KPIs and partner with stakeholders to ensure business readiness and value realization Required Skills & Qualifications Must-have qualifications that candidates must meet to be considered. 12+ years of program management experience leading large-scale enterprise initiatives Proven experience managing programs already in execution across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups Experience with heavy data-driven projects and enterprise platform, CRM, ERP, CPQ, or commercial transformation initiatives Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills; demonstrated ability to influence in matrixed organizations Experience managing program risk, budgets, dependencies, and delivery metrics Preferred Skills & Qualifications Nice-to-have skills that would make a candidate more competitive but are not required. Experience with systems spanning HR/ERP platforms, CRM platforms, and content management systems Background in commercial/sales transformation programs at large, multi-stakeholder organizations PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification #LI-KS1 #LI-Hybrid #TECH
