Program Coordinator43662BR43662BRPosition DescriptionSupports the program director by performing administrative duties related to planning, directing and coordinating both the academic and operational activities of the program.
Major/Essential FunctionsCoordinate day-to-day administrative operations of the Pediatric Residency Program in compliance with ACGME and institutional requirements.
Serve as the primary administrative liaison between residents, faculty, program leadership, and GME office.
Support resident recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.
Maintain accurate resident files, schedules, evaluations, and program data within ACGME and institutional systems.
Assist with accreditation activities, including preparation for ACGME reviews, annual program updates, and documentation audits.
Coordinate educational conferences, meetings, and program events, including scheduling, materials, and attendance tracking.
Support leadership with reporting, data tracking, and administrative tasks.
Performs related duties, projects, and tasks as necessary to support the team.
Required QualificationsHigh schoolSix (6) years experience in related field. Additional education may substitute for experience on a year for year basis.
