Part-Time with opportunity for Full-Time employment We are seeking a creative, highly organized, and trend-savvy In-House Social Media Content Creator to join our growing medspa and plastic surgery team. This role is responsible for planning, creating, filming, editing, and publishing engaging content that reflects our brand, educates patients, and showcases the expertise of our providers. The ideal candidate is passionate about aesthetics, beauty, wellness, and digital storytelling, with experience creating compelling social-first content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels. This person should be equally comfortable with a camera, editing video, interviewing providers, and capturing authentic patient experiences. Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Production Create high-quality photo and video content for social media, digital marketing, and internal campaigns Film and edit short-form video content including: Treatment demonstrations Provider education videos Before-and-after transformations Patient testimonials Trending reels and TikTok-style content Behind-the-scenes office culture content Capture daily in-office content across both medspa and plastic surgery services Produce branded graphics, stories, reels, and promotional assets Social Media Management Manage and maintain content calendars for all social platforms Plan and execute consistent posting schedules Monitor trends, audio, platform updates, and best practices to keep content fresh and engaging Write compelling captions aligned with brand voice and patient education goals Coordinate content around promotions, launches, events, seasonal campaigns, and provider schedules Brand Storytelling & Marketing Support Collaborate with physicians, injectors, aestheticians, and leadership to identify educational and promotional content opportunities Highlight physician expertise, patient results, safety, and practice credibility Assist in building trust through educational content and authentic storytelling Support campaigns for events, specials, product launches, and community involvement Photography & Video Editing Edit video content for multiple platforms with platform-specific formatting Ensure content maintains a luxury, polished, and medically credible aesthetic Organize digital content libraries and maintain consistent branding Analytics & Growth Monitor engagement, reach, and content performance Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, web analytics (Google Analytics), and social listening tools. Recommend content strategies based on analytics and trends Assist in growing brand awareness, engagement, and patient acquisition through organic social efforts Qualifications Experience in content creation, social media management, digital marketing, or related field preferred Strong photography, videography, and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut, or similar) Experience creating short-form video content for Instagram Reels and TikTok Strong understanding of social media trends and engagement strategies Excellent written communication and storytelling skills Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities Comfortable filming providers, staff, and patients in a professional medical environment Experience in aesthetics, beauty, wellness, cosmetic surgery, or medical marketing is highly preferred Excellent proofreading skills combined with a keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality content output.
