Job Description
Summary We are seeking a Program Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities Assist the Program Manager with planning, execution, and tracking of program deliverables. Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes. Maintain accurate program documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports. Monitor project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables; provide reminders and updates as needed. Assist with data collection, analysis, and preparation of progress reports. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards. Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) for program documents. Perform additional administrative and support duties as assigned.
