Job Description

If you love working with families and want to be part of real, lasting change — this is for you. This is not a passive or behind-the-scenes role. This position requires someone who can build trust quickly, connect naturally with families, and confidently support them through meaningful progress—not just short-term solutions. About Brain Balance At Brain Balance Achievement Centers, we believe every child has incredible potential waiting to be unlocked. We take a different approach than traditional education or counseling models. Our program is a private-pay service , and families are highly invested in both the process and outcomes. This Role Is Not For Everyone This is not a traditional education, counseling, or social work position. We are not focused on managing symptoms or relying primarily on coping strategies.
