The Program Director works closely with families, program staff, volunteers, and community partners to ensure SHARE's programs are welcoming, effective, and responsive to the needs of the families we serve. Key Responsibilities Oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of SHARE programs and services Manage family enrollment, intake, and ongoing communication Supervise and support program staff and volunteers Maintain program quality assurance, documentation, and compliance Monitor attendance, outcomes, and program effectiveness Support program evaluation and continuous improvement Build and maintain strong relationships with families and community partners Assist with SHARE activities, community programs, and special events Represent SHARE professionally within the Odessa and Midland communities Qualifications and Skills Bilingual in English and Spanish is required Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Compassionate and professional when working with children with special needs and their families Ability to build positive relationships with families, staff, volunteers, and community partners Dependable, flexible, and able to manage multiple responsibilities Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively Willing and able to travel between Odessa and Midland as needed Schedule and Position Details Full-time, salaried position Primarily office-based during regular business hours Regular evening and weekend programs and events are an expected part of this position Some travel between Odessa and Midland is required Flexible scheduling is available to accommodate program and event responsibilities Benefits Health insurance 401(k) Paid time off Holiday pay Travel reimbursement Flexible scheduling Why Join SHARE?
