Job Description
Program Manager Permanent Full Time Location:
5 Days onsite in Dallas, TX Key Responsibilities- Drive execution from development readiness through live deployment
- Own end-to-end DPDSA coordination activities
- Create executive-ready PowerPoint walkthroughs and presentations
- Complete Quickbase submissions and secure leadership approvals
- Serve as the Mass Market speaker in PMO-hosted DPDSA forums
- Provide deployment timeline inputs and execution updates
- Maintain process flows and onboarding guides
- Ensure deployments meet governance and data-restriction requirements
- Function as a central command point for Mass Market documentation and tracking
- Own and update Mass Market Excel and PowerPoint artifacts
- Maintain visibility into outstanding work and priority group completion
- Coordinate approved profiles for production readiness
- Maintain and manage request trackers
- Support issue validation and cross-functional coordination
- Drive clarity and follow-through in a fast-paced environment Team Environment
- Telecommunications-focused enterprise environment
- PMO-driven deployment and governance processes
- Highly cross-functional collaboration across teams and stakeholders
- Fast-paced execution and operations environment
- Focus on deployment coordination, tracking, and operational readiness Required Skills
- Strong Program Management and coordination experience
- Advanced PowerPoint presentation skills
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Exceptional organizational and listening abilities
- Ability to challenge assumptions and drive clarity
- Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills
- Experience managing tracking, reporting, and deployment readiness
- Ability to work in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Strong follow-through and execution mindset

- Telecommunications industry experience
- Experience with PMO governance frameworks
- Experience with Quickbase or similar workflow tools
- Deployment management and operational readiness experience
