Job Description

Description:
Responsible for managing F-35 Block 4 Communication, Navigation, and Identification (CNI) Development scope across the full life cycle and aligning effort with production, sustainment, and mods programs.
  • Responsible for managing existing contracts and the management of Earned Value; cost, schedule and technical performance.
  • Lead the preparation of proposals, work statements and specifications, budgets and financial terms of contract.
  • Development and execution of a program plan meeting contractual commitments.
  • Coordination across the enterprise team to assure program status and impacts are defined and understood, and requirements alignment across production and sustainment contracts.
  • Ensure the establishment of milestones, monitor adherence to master schedules, utilize risk management to identify program problems and develop solutions.
  • Support on-schedule delivery of products and services to contract requirements and quality standards. Will act as primary interface for the effort with government and contractor leadership and functional organizations.
  • This position requires >25% domestic travel.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Program/Project Management experience on programs involving Department of Defense Systems or similar programs.
  • Experience with DoD Development / Modernization programs or similar programs.
  • Active Secret Clearance.
Desired Skills:
  • Multiple team / Integrated team leadership.
  • Experience managing Communication, Navigation, and Identification (CNI) Development / Modernization programs.
  • Experience with Radio Frequency Systems
  • Experience in DoD Contracting and Negotiating.
  • Technical/Engineering Experience
  • F-35 program experience.
  • Demonstrated program management on development efforts.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to address complex matter / solutions with senior leaders.
  • Experience working SAP/SAR programs.
  • Ability to manage efforts across multiple disciplines (engineering, business, production, sustainment, etc.)
  • Experience as a Cost Account Manager for Earned Value
  • Experience with subcontract and supplier management
Security Clearance Statement:

Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees.
