This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, ensuring product quality, and aligning project goals with the company's strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities Project Planning and Management Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. Define project objectives, deliverables, and milestones in collaboration with stakeholders. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies. Team Leadership and Collaboration Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure project alignment and success. Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members to achieve project goals. Stakeholder Management Engage with key stakeholders, including executives, customers, and partners, to ensure alignment and support for project initiatives. Communicate project status, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders through regular updates and reports. Manage stakeholder expectations and address any concerns or issues promptly. Quality Assurance and Compliance Ensure products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the development and production process. Implement and oversee quality assurance processes, including testing, validation, and compliance checks. Address any quality issues or defects promptly to maintain product integrity and customer satisfaction. Budget and Resource Management Manage project budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within financial constraints. Allocate resources effectively, balancing project needs with available resources and capabilities. Track and report on project expenses, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements. Continuous Improvement Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project management efficiency and effectiveness. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and apply them to future projects. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Master's degree and/or PMP certification is a plus. 4+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably in the consumer electronics industry. Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and manufacturing processes in consumer electronics. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Monday.com). Knowledge of quality assurance processes and regulatory requirements in consumer electronics. Working Conditions Full-time position based in Park City, Utah. May require occasional travel to manufacturing sites, partner locations, and industry events. Fast paced and dynamic work environment, requiring flexibility and adaptability
