What You'll Do as a Program Manager Oversee daily operations of clinics and programs, ensuring fidelity to evidence-based models Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and workflows Lead, supervise, and evaluate staff, including scheduling and development Provide clinical supervision and support licensure advancement Manage budgets, contracts, grants, and required reporting Coordinate services with community partners and monitor program needs Represent programs through outreach, trainings, and community engagement Support crisis response, including screenings, admissions, and care coordination Deliver clinical services (individual, family, and group) as needed Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with Medicaid and regulatory standards Qualifications Master's degree in social work, Psychology, or a related field Current Utah licensure as a Licensed Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, CMHC, APRN, or equivalent Minimum of five (5) years of post-licensure clinical experience Experience providing clinical supervision and program leadership preferred Reliable with documentation and maintaining professional standards.
