- Travel OCONUS location for short duration will be required
- Duties and Responsibilities Manage and oversee cybersecurity training and capability-development programs, ensuring execution aligns with program objectives, contractual requirements, scope, quality, schedule, and available resources.
Training:
Formal training or professional development in project management fundamentals, stakeholder coordination and schedule management.Experience:
5+ years of progressive experience managing technical or international training programs. Work experience must include coordinating activities with Embassy, Partner Nation (PN) leadership, and interagency stakeholders.International Engagement:
Demonstrated experience supporting international programs or international engagement. Work experience must include supporting programs in low-resource environments.Reporting & M&E :
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain integrated project schedules, calendars, milestones, dependencies, action-items trackers and deliverables timelines. Ability to monitor progress, identify schedule impacts, and coordinate corrective actions to maintain program execution and proper risk management.Communication & Deliverables :
Demonstrated experience briefing leadership and U.S. customer. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to develop professional reports, training materials, policy products, briefings, and other program deliverables for government and interagency audiences.Travel:
Ability and willingness to travel to OCONUS (Bahamas) for short-duration temporary duty assignmentsPreferred Qualifications Certification:
