Job Description

The Program Director is responsible for leading and growing programs that reflect the YMCA's mission and serve community needs. This role includes supervising and developing part-time staff and volunteers, managing program operations and budgets, and ensuring a positive and high-quality experience for participants. The Program Director also builds partnerships with community organizations and supports outreach, and fundraising initiatives to strengthen engagement and impact.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience. Ability to direct and coordinate programs, supervise volunteers and staff, develop and monitor budgets, and handle marketing and public relations. Completion of YMCA-specific training, including Child Abuse Prevention for Supervisory Staff, CPR, First Aid, AED, and Bloodborne Pathogens, within 180 days of hire.
