Job Description

Tharrosis seeking a Program Manager to serve as the primarycontractor andpoint of contact forthis program, supportingservices at Naval Surface Warfare Center DahlgrenDivision. The Program Manager reports directly to the Operations Director and exercises full authority over day-to-day contract execution, staffing, and technical milestone management. In this role, the Program Manager leads daily contract execution for systems engineering support at NSWCDD. The program department the team will support provides systems engineering, integration, test, and evaluation support for strategic and surface weapon systems, fire control systems, cybersecurity, and cyberspace applications.
Responsibilities:
Develop Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), Interface Change Requests (ICDs), and Interface Design Specifications (IDS) for weapons control systemsDevelop Weapon Specifications (WS) and other system design/integration documents for surface combat, control, and situational awareness systemsSupport weapon and combat system certification processes, including self-certification criteriaPerform system analysis and requirements decomposition for weapons control and combat systemsSupport system integration testing and validation activitiesParticipate in technical design reviews, configuration control boards, and working groupsMaintain requirements traceability from specifications to design documentationSupport shipboard system integration and fleet deployment eventsDocument test results, engineering analyses, and system performance assessments
