Responsibilities:
Develop Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), Interface Change Requests (ICDs), and Interface Design Specifications (IDS) for weapons control systemsDevelop Weapon Specifications (WS) and other system design/integration documents for surface combat, control, and situational awareness systemsSupport weapon and combat system certification processes, including self-certification criteriaPerform system analysis and requirements decomposition for weapons control and combat systemsSupport system integration testing and validation activitiesParticipate in technical design reviews, configuration control boards, and working groupsMaintain requirements traceability from specifications to design documentationSupport shipboard system integration and fleet deployment eventsDocument test results, engineering analyses, and system performance assessmentsBenefits
