Fibertek is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team at Fort Belvoir, VA. As the Administrative Program Coordinator, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of our operations by providing program and administrative support to a US Army research and development program. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping our team collaboration and ensuring seamless administrative workflows.Essential Job Duties:
This position is a service-oriented position that requires performing the tasks, duties, and responsibilities below: Prepare and maintain statistical data received from multiple organizations conducting long-term operational test activities. Monitor program operations and metrics derived from on-hand statistical data to support reporting of trends and recommendations made to the program manager, deputy program manager and team leaders. Prepare briefing materials to include the standard program briefing, and tailored briefs for delivery to high level leaders and large audiences. Assist with maintenance of the program's management information system. Perform occasional data collection during execution of technical testing. Generate minutes during scheduled team meetings. Maintain team schedules for testing, travel, and events. Support major events hosted by the program including preparation and distribution of invitations, scheduling accommodations, transportation, monitoring venue preparations, and recording proceedings. Other duties as assigned.Job Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
2-5 years of relevant experience. Bachelor's degree in business or public administration. Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite of applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to prepare reports and presentations with short notice. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on achieving common goals. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and external partners. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on achieving common goals.Work Environment:
