Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develops concepts and methodologies for integrating wing products and services, including advanced tactics analysis, targeting, and SOF ISR into Air Force and Joint warfighting and force employment concepts Responsible for coordinating Mission Improvement Program inputs, Tactic Improvement Proposals, and Tactics After Action Reports Responsible for content creation and maintenance of Wing Professional Development Program Solicits, evaluates and validates professional development training requirements from wing, group, and squadrons and engages external organizations/vendors to obtain instruction, course material, and licenses to fill these requirements Coordinates professional development training events, including virtual and in-person instruction with subordinate units. Engages with group facilitators to ensure adequate vendors and resources are secured for each event Trains and certifies cadre of instructors at group and squadron levels to facilitate leadership, whole-person development, and intelligence tradecraft instruction Compiles and reviews feedback from subordinate units on efficacy of professional development program. Identifies corrective action to address shortfalls. Gathers and maintains quarterly training metrics, coordinates with wing staff to ensure inclusion in holistic professional development metrics Aids DOK Program Managers in meetings, telecoms, and VTCs , Required Skills BA/BS degree in related discipline and over 10 years' of Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) experience with U.S Department of defense or other U.S. government agency. Additional ISR experience can substitute for BA/BS degree. Must be fluent in English and read and write effectively Must possess a current DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance single-scope background investigation. TS with SCI eligibility accepted. , Desired Skills Experience using relevant DoD and AF systems and databases (i.e. Joint Knowledge Online, Advance Distributed Learning System, etc) Prior unit level, AOC, C-NAF, and MAJCOM targeting, SIGINT, or analytical experience is desired Experience in public speaking and/or classroom instruction, must be comfortable engaging medium-to-large groups of personnel (approx. 15-40) and guiding discussion , About A2 Federal A2 Federal is dedicated to augmenting the United States' national security efforts, domestically and abroad.
