TSSCI PPBE
Manager in support of one of our large federal clients in Virginia. This candidate will be supporting and be responsible for overseeing the tracking, justifying, auditing and execution of the programs budget. Their day to day will include but is not limited to:
  • Tracking and managing funding for cyber programs, including monitoring obligations, expenditures, and execution rates
  • Maintaining budget trackers and financial documentation using Microsoft tools and government financial systems
  • Preparing financial briefings, slides, point papers, quad charts, and justification documents for leadership
  • Supporting PPBE activities such as POM, President's Budget, execution plans, and budget reviews
  • Attending budget, requirements, and cyber program meetings; capture action items and coordinate follow‑ups
  • Coordinate financial data and funding actions across multiple command offices
  • Maintaining audit trails and support financial audits to ensure compliance with funding regulations
  • Assisting with forecasting, funding analysis, and identification of funding risks or unfunded requirements
  • Providing regular status updates and reports on cyber program financial health to senior leaders
Compensation:
$35/hr. to $40/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
