If so, consider joining the Children's After-School team within the Department of Parks, Recreation & Community Services. We currently have immediate openings for two After-School Specialists; one will work with CASA and one with YAS in Leesburg, VA. The County's After School Activities (CASA) program serves elementary school children across 54 locations. Additionally, the specialist may assist with the County's Youth After School (YAS) program, which operates in 12 middle schools. After-School Specialists are responsible for employing strong organizational and management skills to plan and execute age-appropriate activities while supervising CASA and/or YAS site staff.
