Enrichment Program Lead Educator

Responsibilities Develop and lead innovative enrichment activities that promote childhood development, creativity, and social skills. Manage classroom environments with effective behavior management techniques to ensure safety and engagement. Collaborate with team members to plan age-appropriate lessons aligned with early childhood education standards. Provide guidance and support to children during activities, ensuring inclusive participation for all learners. Maintain clear communication with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and program updates. Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times, including first aid procedures when necessary. Foster a nurturing atmosphere that encourages positive behavior, teamwork, and personal growth. Requirements Proven experience working with children in educational or childcare settings such as daycare, preschool, camp, or tutoring programs. Strong classroom management skills combined with knowledge of behavior management strategies. Certification in first aid and CPR; additional certifications in special education or childhood development are a plus. Demonstrated ability to plan engaging activities related to theater, sports coaching, babysitting, or other enrichment areas. Excellent communication skills for working with children, parents, and team members effectively. Background in early childhood education or related fields; experience in Christian counseling or working with students is advantageous. Ability to adapt activities for children with diverse needs including those requiring special education accommodations.
