Engineering TSRA Program Support Analyst will provide comprehensive support the
PAE IO CNRMC C200 TSRA
Program and associated assessment initiatives for the repair, maintenance, and modernization of U.S. Naval Surface ships. This position plays a vital role in maintaining the readiness of the Fleet through effective program management, data analysis, and technical expertise. The ideal candidate will assist with TSRA assessments, data management, and be a key liaison across multiple Navy organizations. In this capacity, the candidate will serve two primary roles: 1.
TSRA Program Support:
Provide program management support, data analysis, and process improvement recommendations to ensure assessment readiness and fleet maintenance. This role includes assisting the TSRA Program Manager, performing audits, collecting and managing RMC assessment data, and leading working groups. The candidate may be asked to facilitate weekly RMC meetings and work with CNRMC leadership to develop data-driven presentations for Flag Staff. 2.
TSRA IT Support:
Will be responsible for the management, updating, and correction of programming errors for computer-based TSRA Program databases and tools. The role involves developing and providing training to RMC Assessment Directors, Visit Support Team members, and Subject Matter Experts on how to use TSRA Program databases and tools. The role also involves management of 7+ Microsoft Teams groups involving more than 100 members. The candidate will act as the primary point-of-contact for IT support for the Assessment community, ensuring alignment of mission support and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
1. TSRA Program Support Provide program management support to PAE IO/CNRMC, including data analysis, audits, and recommendations for improving TSRA assessment processes. Assist the TSRA Program Manager with overseeing the
C200 TSRA
Assessments at each Regional Maintenance Center (RMC), ensuring the assessment readiness of the Fleet. Collect, manage, and analyze RMC Assessment data to identify trends, performance gaps, and areas of improvement. Lead working groups to discuss issues, share best practices, and evaluate the effectiveness of assessment processes Work closely with CNRMC leadership to develop, organize, and present clear, data-driven recommendations to the Flag Staff. 2. TSRA IT Support Responsible for maintaining various Microsoft Access databases, to include the Discrepancy Documentation Tool (DDT), DDT Builder, TSRA Metrics Tool (TMT) Validator, local JCN generator, and other databases and tools as required. Administrator and manager for Share Point Online and Microsoft Teams groups. Provide trouble call/support desk assistance to users of the above mentioned databases and tools. Work closely with Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) detachment Corona to administer, manage, and provide product design for the TSRA Data Warehouse (TDW) application housed on the Ship Maintenance Data Improvement Initiative (SMDII) portal. Access and provide configuration data from Model-Based Product Support (MBPS) and Deck Plate for use in developing TSRA Program databases and tools. Access and provide data from the Continuous Monitoring Program (CMP) platform for use in developing TSRA Program databases and tools. Access and provide TSRA visit information from Fleet Technical Support (FTS)/Fleet Scheduling Center (FSC) for use in developing TSRA Program databases and tools. 3. Data Management & Analytics Be a master of and utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, Share Point Online, Microsoft Access, Visual Basic (VBA), Tableau, Power BI. Learning of other programs as required. Conduct detailed metric pulls and analysis from multiple data systems, including the TDW and FSC, to support program management efforts. Assist in managing the backend of the

Share Point site. Support data integration with other Navy databases, including SMDII and Tableau, ensuring the accuracy of metrics and reporting. 4. Event Planning Lead working groups and other meetings to support the TSRA Program Manager, ensuring clear objectives and effective outcomes. Assist in planning and participating in the annual CNRMC TSRA/Assessments Face-to-Face (F2F) events, including scheduling, logistics, content creation, and stakeholder engagement. Travel annually for the CNRMC TSRA/Assessments F2F events, and other activities as needed.
Qualifications:
1.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in program management, data analysis, or knowledge management, preferably with the Navy or military operations. Prior experience and familiarity with the TSRA program and Navy Surface Ship assessments are essential. Familiarity with OMMS-NG. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.) is essential, with an emphasis on advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting. Strong experience with Share Point and SPO, including back-end management, file sharing, and content coordination. Familiarity with the TDW, FSC, Tableau, and other data management systems is essential. 2.
Skills & Abilities:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and technical information clearly and professionally to senior leadership and Flag Staff. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. High attention to detail, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement. Ability to lead meetings and working groups, ensuring productive discussions and effective outcomes. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams. Strong proficiency in using MS Teams, including team management, action item tracking, and application integration. 3.
Travel:
Occasional travel required, including at least one week per year for TSRA/Assessment F2F events, with additional travel as needed.
