SCI or SCI Eligible Required Qualifications:

Minimum:

DAWIA Practitioner Certification in Program Management (or experience, education and training equivalent to a DAWIA Practitioner certification in Program Management) A minimum of six (6) years of experience in program management in support of acquisitions with a DAWIA Practitioner certification. Strong communication skills with proven capability to provide oral and written presentations Expert knowledge of DoD Program Management procedures Knowledge of FAR and DFARS Proven experience in acquisitions for a variety of products and services Proven ability to assist with strategic-level issues, agile acquisition policies and procedures, acquisition planning, formulating negotiation strategies, analyzing cost and price data, developing negotiation objectives, and negotiating various contract types Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Proven visual graphics experience (for example but not limited to Process Flow Charts, graphical briefing charts). Proven website development experience for ongoing efforts (i.e. ULO tracking) RTI Consulting, LLC seeks Key Personnel for a proposal that RTI Consulting, LLC is Priming.
