Monday-Friday 3:30 PM - 7:00/8:00 PM PeopleShare is hiring a Program Lead for a local recreation center!

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise daily youth programs, recreational activities, and enrichment opportunities Plan, coordinate, and facilitate engaging activities that support youth development Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe environment for all participants Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to youth while promoting teamwork and respect Monitor program participation and ensure activities run smoothly and efficiently Assist with program setup, equipment organization, and facility maintenance Communicate effectively with participants, families, and staff members Enforce program policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

Requirements:

Must be 21 years of age or older At least 1 year of experience working with youth, recreation programs, childcare, education, or related fields Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to lead groups and manage multiple activities in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Must be able to successfully complete a background check Apply Today!
