Job Description

Help People Across Vermont Connect with Food Resources! Join Vermont Foodbank as a Program Specialist-Community Resources and help community members access food and support programs that make a difference. You'll help community members navigate 3SquaresVT (SNAP) and CSFP , and connect to additional resources. You will also contribute to efforts that strengthen food access across Vermont. What you'll do: Answer questions and support applications for 3SquaresVT and CSFP. Connect community members with additional resources. Support outreach, advocacy, and trauma-informed initiatives. Elevate community member voices and help address gaps in food access. What we're looking for: Compassionate, resourceful, and community-focused. Strong communicator and relationship builder. Compensation & Benefits:
Full-time, hybrid position (must be within driving distance of one of the Vermont Foodbank distribution centers in Barre, Rutland, or Brattleboro). The pay range for this position is set between $54,376 to $73,568 annually based on relevant years of experience.
