Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of healthcare programs to meet organizational goals. Manage budgets, resources, and project timelines to ensure efficient operations. Supervise and develop program staff, including hiring, training, and performance management. Ensure all programs adhere to healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies. Collaborate with clinical leaders, administrators, and external partners to optimize program outcomes. Support strategic planning initiatives and contribute to the expansion of healthcare services.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Nursing, or related field (Master's degree preferred). 5-10 years of experience in healthcare management, program management, or clinical operations. Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to think strategically. Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and quality improvement methods. Experience in budgeting, staff supervision, and cross-department collaboration. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
