Job Description

EPIC has launched a new generation of programming aligned with our Portrait of a Graduate. We invite dynamic, forward-thinking, growth-oriented leaders to join our team in advancing purposeful, high-impact programming for youth in collaboration with our schools and community partners. We are pleased to offer the position of: EPIC Program Coordinator 30 hours per week (full-time, full benefits) $30-$35/hour, depending on experience About the
Role:
The EPIC Program Coordinator serves as the site leader at Rutland High School, guiding the development of engaging, innovative afterschool and summer programming that inspires students to explore, learn, and grow. This role is ideal for a passionate educator and leader who is committed to: Advancing student learning and achievement Collaborating with school leadership and teaching staff Strengthening continuity between middle and high school programming Creating meaningful opportunities for students to build transferable life skills Key Responsibilities Lead the daily operations of afterschool and summer programs Design and implement creative, student-centered enrichment opportunities Recruit, supervise, and support program staff Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment Ensure compliance with grant requirements Build strong relationships with families, school staff, and community partners Promote programs and expand student participation
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred 3-5 years of leadership experience, including staff supervision Experience working with youth in a school or related setting Strong leadership, collaboration, and organizational skills A clear vision for high-quality afterschool and summer programming aligned with school initiatives
Schedule:
School-year programming follows the school calendar The six-week summer program operates approximately 40 hours per week
