$51.31 - $76.97 per hour Provide operational and strategic leadership for the development, expansion, and integration of clinical services across UVMHN. Provide operational and strategic support for the Care Delivery Optimization process. Operationally support Service Lines, Specialty Councils, and Network Departments, the vehicles through which many services will be integrated and expanded across the network. Develop productive working relationships with key physicians, practice supervisors, and management from the Medical Group and our health care facilities across the Network. Work closely with these individuals to develop clinical programs that advance Care Delivery Optimization while supporting access and sustainability.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree required Master's Degree preferred (MBA, MHA or other masters- level degree in pertinent fields)
Experience:
2+ years progressive experience in healthcare setting Experience implementing clinical programs in clinic and hospital settings Experience working with both administrative and clinical leadership Experience developing strategic plans for clinical programs and/or healthcare facilities Experience developing and delivering presentations to executive leadership Apply
